Ok, track cycling is no longer the massive medal haul it used to be for us, but we've diversified and have a medal threat in almost all the events going nowadays. Brilliant stuff from Price and Kenny today as well, bravo! Beating the Russians overall takes a special effort, and we've done it!

We are a Union and fly the Union Flag. Embrace it and be proud of it. It matters not a jot wether you Are English, Scottish or Welsh. Together we stand divided we fall. We have had a great games. We should proud of them all though, everyone who goes to compete is representing their country and they all seem such a lovely lot, whether the gold medalists or the out-in-the-first-rounders.
